The Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC) accredits facilities that provide venous evaluation and management and/or treatment procedures. The IAC is highly respected in the medical community and accreditation is granted only after a strict, peer review process, followed by a rigorous inspection of the facility to make sure that the physician, and the facility meet the highest standards of current Vein Care. This is accomplished by analyzing all daily operations of the medical practice, including personnel, quality of care, safety, equipment, and patient outcomes. All accredited facilities must demonstrate the highest level of patient care. IAC accreditation represents the current “Gold Standard” by which vein centers can evaluate and demonstrate the level of patient care they provide.

Accredited for Vascular Testing:
Accreditation by the Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC) means that The North Shore Vein Center has undergone a thorough review of its operational and technical components by a panel of experts. The IAC grants accreditation only to those facilities that are found to be providing quality patient care, in compliance with national standards through a comprehensive application process including detailed case study review.
